Classes at The Higher Space in Liverpool this spring!
Come along to ‘The Higher Space’ in Liverpool and learn new circus and aerial dance skills. The Higher Space is fully equipped with landing mats, qualified teachers, a changing room, warm up and down space as well as lots of wonderful circus equipment. Please read on below to find out what we have on offer...
IMPROVERS AERIAL CIRCUS COURSE (for those who have completed a beginners aerial circus course with Barry or have some experience of trapeze work)
A 5 week course @ £62.50

AERIAL DANCE MASTERCLASS WITH WENDY HESKETH
A full day master class led by Wendy Hesketh
@ £45 with a 10% student discount available
17th May – 10.00am – 5.00pm
Wearing a harness and using a static rope and climbing devises you can dance, glide and suspend in space. The Master class will involve a thorough aerobic warm up, dance sequence focusing on the major muscle groups about to be used and vital skill acquirement. You will be guided through a whole range of movements and then focus on building them into a sequence throughout the day. Sometime will also be dedicated to partner work.
This is your opportunity to gain a firm understanding in ground based aerial work from the inventor of bungee-assisted dance! This kind of aerial work builds great core strength too!
Dance experience necessary.
