"We all want to thank you so much for the fabulous workshop, training and creative work you gave to us.  Your teaching was outstanding! You are a joy and vision to watch - and you explain everything with great expertise.  We are so grateful too, to Jamie and Matt for all their assistance and expertise during the residency... we come back to the USA with knowledge, skills and inspiration!" Bala Sarasvati

Wired are proud to announce...

That they have received funding from Arts Council England to develop the company and The Higher Space (Wired's base and centre of excellence for aerial and circus skills in Liverpool).  This will give Wired time and resources to get systems in order, structure the company and promote all of the many exciting things happening.  Watch this space in November! The Higher Space will be evolving so it will soon be time to HAVE YOUR SAY! Click here for more info

STRIDE

Wendy was a guest speaker at the Youth Dance England STRIDE event this April. She says:

"It went so well and I filled up occasionally as I heard myself speak about the journey I take, being an artistic director and how I got to be in that role in the first place... amazing to do! They have asked me to consider being a mentor and hosting a placement for one of the young hopefuls."

STRIDE is a unique national dance entrepreneurs programme, aimed at 14-18 year olds, which aims to encourage talented and motivated young people to increase their skills and experience as dance leaders, through residencial courses, placements and self-development schemes with established leaders in the field, helping them to explore their talents and abilities. Losing The Ropes

Wendy spent a glorious weekend down in London searching for the thrill of falling. After her skydive, Wendy has been on the look out for similar experiences of losing the ropes and to still feel like she is flying, so off she popped to a Stunt School Weekend to launch herself onto an airbag from 7m high platforms!!

New for 2009

Wendy has written a brilliant new diary entry letting you all know what she was up to in 2008.
